Each additional person in the 42mq and 50mq apartment:up to age 3: Euro 6.00, up to age 12: Euro 9.00, ages 12 and up: Euro 12.00.
Each additional person in the 65mq apartment:up to age 3: Euro 9.00, up to age 12: Euro 12.00, ages 12 and up: Euro 15.00.
Breakfast is also available for a price of 8.50 Euro, Children up to age 12 pay 5.50 Euro.
Breakfast rolls and breakfast service are not offered in winter.

Everything else you need to know:

- No arrival/departure on Sundays.
- For dogs (only by prior arrangement) we charge a daily fee of Euro 5.00 w/o food. Dogs may not be brought into the breakfast room. Please bring along your own dog basket or blanket.
- Garage parking only by prior arrangement (we charge a daily free of Euro 2.50).
- Payment is accepted either in cash or by crossed check. Credit cards are not accepted.

- A 10% to 20% surcharge applies to stays of less than four nights.
- Apartments are primarily rented from Saturday to Saturday.
- Apartments and rooms are available for occupancy after 1:00 p.m. Please take this into account when planning your trip. If you happen to be arriving after 7:00 p.m., please let us know in advance.
- Bookings: oral or telephone confirmations are non-binding. We therefore request a written booking confirmation.
- Changes in duration of stay: if your arrival is later or departure is earlier than stipulated, you will be charged in full for the length of your original reservation (excl. meals).
- Cancellations:
between the 60th and 45th day prior arrival, we charge the price for 3 overnight stays,
between the 45th and 14th day prior arrival, we charge the price for 7 overnight stays,
after the 14th day prior arrival,we charge the price for the complete booked reservation.
